Building What’s Next in Longevity and Innovation

Ivan Marandola builds companies where science, technology, and human potential meet. For more than two decades, he has moved across continents, industries, and market cycles with the same constant focus: turning breakthrough ideas into real, scalable businesses. His work spans precision health, longevity science, consumer wellness, genomics, retail innovation, and hard-tech ventures. What sets him apart is not just range, but the way he translates complexity into momentum.

He began his career inside global finance, learning how capital flows, how markets behave, and how opportunity is created. That foundation carried him into entrepreneurship, where he launched and led ventures long before “health-tech” or “biohacking” became mainstream discussion. From operating a five-star medical spa offering DNA-driven programs, to building B2B retail-tech platforms used by major consumer brands, to advising deep-tech founders in Hong Kong and Colorado, Ivan has always worked at the frontier of what’s next.

Today he serves as Chief Intuition Officer at PRCNX Fund, a role that blends venture building, strategic investing, longevity science, and consumer-market instinct. He supports founders and operators across Europe, the U.S., Asia, and Africa, with a hands-on approach centered on clarity, discipline, and speed. His perspective draws from a life lived worldwide—born in Zambia, educated between Italy and the U.S., and shaped by years working across London, Milan, San Francisco, and Hong Kong.

Ivan works with an uncommon mix of conviction and curiosity. He is technical without losing sight of people. He is commercially sharp without chasing hype. He pushes teams to cut through noise, focus on substance, and build with purpose. Whether mentoring startups, scaling retail health platforms, or advising on precision-medicine infrastructure, he approaches every project with the same principle: if it doesn’t create measurable impact, it’s not worth doing.

Above all, Ivan is driven by a belief that longevity is not only a scientific pursuit, but a cultural and economic shift that will reshape how we live, work, and invest. His mission is to help businesses prepare for that future—and help leaders build the systems, teams, and strategies that will define it.

What Actually Got Shipped

Ivan Marandola turns complex science into businesses regular people actually use. As Chairman of Reviv Italy and Chief Intuition Officer at PRCNX Fund, he backs and builds companies that sit at the collision point of longevity research, precision medicine, and real-world retail.

Over 25 years he’s co-founded pioneering genomics companies (YourLife, Fly Life), launched a B2B retail-tech marketplace that graduated 500 Startups Batch 15, ran the first five-star hotel in Europe offering DNA testing to every guest, and mentored dozens of hardware teams from prototype to shelf.

He’s raised €65 M+, managed 250+ people at peak, shipped 40+ physical products to retail, and delivered precision-health services in 35 countries. Harvard Business School alum. Two books on predictive medicine. Born on a 13,000-hectare farm in Zambia. Still answers his own email.

Milestones That Made the Cut

Over 25 years, Ivan Marandola has collected a handful of awards that matter—and ignored the ones that don’t. The recognitions below mark moments when the market, the press, or the industry paused long enough to notice that blending rigorous science with real-world consumer access was starting to work.

What's next

The work continues.

Ivan Marandola is still building, still investing, and still obsessed with putting precision health into the hands of people who’ve never heard the word “epigenetics” and never will.

If you’re pushing the edge in longevity, retail health, precision diagnostics, or consumer wellness, he wants to hear from you. If you’re the rare founder who actually understands both the lab bench and the retail shelf, even better.

The forever business isn’t short of ideas. It’s short of builders. Ivan is always looking for more.
